WaitLess connects the whole service loop - guest orders via QR code, the order appears instantly on the right kitchen or bar display (or printer), the guest pays on their phone or at a card terminal, and the receipt, invoice and NTAK report are handled automatically. No app download for guests. Best fit: quick-service restaurants, mid-market casual restaurants, large terraces and beer gardens, wellness and spa hotels.

- **Fiscal cash register (online pénztárgép, NAV)**: Integrated with **Fiscat Neon+** - receipts print automatically, no barcode reader or manual re-entry needed, also for QR orders and payments. The Neon+ has its own SIM card, so receipts keep printing if the venue's internet drops.
- **Computer-based receipts (számítógép alapú nyugta)**: Supported via Szamlazz.hu - the guest enters an email address and receives the receipt automatically, where the law allows it.
- **E-invoices**: Automatic via Szamlazz.hu, including automatic voiding.
- **e-cash register (ePTG)**: Support for the new ePTG protocol is in development.

## Frequently Asked Questions (owners & managers)

**Does WaitLess report to NTAK automatically?**
Yes. Data is sent to NTAK automatically after every transaction, with no manual admin. With multiple venues it's handled per venue, since NTAK registration is per venue.

**Does WaitLess connect to a fiscal cash register (online pénztárgép)?**
Yes. With the Fiscat Neon+ integration, receipts print automatically – no barcode reader, no manual re-entry. It works for QR orders and payments too.

**When a guest orders via QR, does the order show up in the kitchen instantly?**
Yes, live and instantly. The order appears right away on the right kitchen or bar display, or prints automatically on the right printer. So you cut not only the guest's waiting time but also speed up the work in the kitchen.

**Is invoicing automatic? What happens with cancellations?**
Yes, through our Számlázz.hu integration. With QR orders, guests can request an invoice themselves and receive it automatically by email. You can also enable email notifications about their order status. Staff can issue one on the POS for a single guest or a whole table. If an order is voided, its invoice is voided automatically.

**What about e-receipts and the new e-cash-register (ePTG) rules?**
We support Számlázz.hu computer-based receipts: the guest enters an email address and receives the receipt automatically – where the law allows it. Support for the new ePTG protocol is in development.

**How much does WaitLess cost? Any hidden fees?**
Standard 4,990 HUF/month, Plus from 25,000 HUF/month, Premium 45,000 HUF/month per venue – with unlimited POS devices, kitchen displays and users. On Premium, the first month is free. Card and QR payments carry Barion's fee of about 1%; WaitLess adds nothing on top. On-site setup on request, about 35,000 HUF per venue.

**Is there a minimum contract? Can I cancel anytime?**
No minimum term – you pay monthly and can cancel anytime. Pay annually and get 10% off. On Premium, the subscription continues automatically after the free first month.

**What hardware do I need?**
Internet and any device with a browser: Android tablet, iPad or a touchscreen computer – you can start with what you already have. We support ESC/POS network printers, kitchen displays and a TV order-status screen. If you prefer, we supply everything turnkey: POS with customer display, kitchen display, Fiscat Neon+, printers.

**How long does setup take, and who trains my staff?**
Often just a few days. Send us your menu in any format (Excel, PDF, photos) and we'll upload it within a day. We run one on-site training, then support you online anytime – live on WhatsApp too.

**Can I switch from my current POS? Do you integrate with Fruitsys?**
Yes, switching is quick: just send us your current menu in any format. There's no Fruitsys integration, because WaitLess covers POS, QR ordering and payment, kitchen display and NTAK in one system. For inventory we offer a Simpra integration.

**How do payments work, and when do I get paid?**
Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via QR code (Barion), or on a card terminal at the counter or table (Teya). Money goes instantly to your own Barion account, or your bank account with Teya – WaitLess never holds your revenue.

**Can I manage multiple venues in one system?**
Yes. One login gives you all your venues, and you switch between them in one click. NTAK reporting is automatic per venue. For chains, we build a central menu and combined reporting on request.

**What reports do I get?**
Live and historical reports. See your venue's sales in real time and look back by day, week, month or the last 180 days – with custom date and time filters and search by order status. After every closing we email the daily report to owners or managers, downloadable as PDF, and you can export orders to Excel.

**What happens if the internet goes down?**
WaitLess is cloud-based and needs an internet connection. If it drops, devices can switch to mobile data – we recommend a 4G/5G backup router at setup. The Fiscat Neon+ has its own SIM card, so receipts keep printing. An offline POS mode is in development.

**Where is my data stored?**
In the European Union, in Google Cloud's data center in Belgium, in line with GDPR.

**Do I need to download an app?**
No. Scan the QR code and order in your browser – no registration, no download.

**How can I pay?**
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your phone, or in person to your waiter or bartender.

**Can I leave a tip?**
Yes, choose 0%, 5%, 10% or 15% at checkout.
